- What kind of Internet marketing have you tried?
- I use email and VerticalResponse to track who has opened the messages. Since I have a Referral Fee Program, most people do open the emails.
PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME
My ex-husband and I were featured in Essence magazine's November 2007 issue. I have extensive experience in real estate, although I began my professional career as a civil engineer. For the last 15 years I have helped create a highly successful business restoring homes.
As an investor I also knew that to sell a house, it was imperative that a person’s credit was up to par. That is why I initially became interested in credit restoration in the early 2000s. I always remember:
'No one wants to buy what you sell. What they want are the results they can achieve by utilizing what you sell to pursue their own goals and objectives.'
Therefore, with my vast knowledge in real estate transactions, wide circle of resources and my personal commitment to helping each person who has set a dream of home ownership or another goal, I will guide them each step of the way to help them achieve their dream.
That's my bio, but there is so much more to each of us! I discovered 'The Secret' in February 2007 and since consciously incorporating 'The Law of Attraction' in my life, I have been transformed.

- What marketing has not worked?
- Flyers at events and/or public transportation centers.
- What marketing has worked?
- $25 AMEX Gift Certificate Referral Fee Program. I am about to start with a new marketing firm in a week or so.
- What do you recommend not using?
- DON'T purchase any lead generation email lists. Most came back as invalid. A business associate purchased them.
- What has made you enough money to stop a regular job?
- Still working this credit restoration business to make my FIRST million. However, real estate investing is a tried and true way to stop working a full time job.
Referral Fee Program
I send you business cards with your name on back. If someone joins you receive a $25 AMEX gift card. There is no cost at all to you except time to give out the cards. I can also send you an email introduction to send to folks you know to also participate in the referral fee program. If anyone signs up as a client you also receive the gift card. I am honest and you won't know that until we actually do business together. No selling, just sharing. People KNOW if they need help with their credit. This is my way of advertising across the country since I have been fortunate to have been written about in a national magazine about real estate investing. There has been so much fraud in my industry that I don't blame people for not trusting an ad in the paper. I wouldn't myself, but you as a trusted source? The best way to get most things you need in my opinion.
